- October 2 from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm: Want to get up to speed on how the latest agile practices have altered more traditional test automation strategies? Join Bob’s half-day tutorial, Test Automation Strategies for the Agile World, to investigate some of the new adjustments your current test automation strategies must meet to succeed in agile. Discover why open source tools are replacing older commercial ones and how doing so can improve both functionality and costs on your next agile test automation challenge.
- October 3 from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm: Are you new to agile testing? Or, maybe you’ve been agile for a while but are aware of some areas you would like to improve? Bob and Mary’s half-day tutorial on Agile Testing: Team Tactics that Deliver the Goods, will provide you with guidance on the tools, techniques, and the testing mindset needed to succeed in agile testing. Attendees will further examine various aspects of agile testing such as risk-based testing, iterative test planning, exploratory testing, agile automation strategies, test metrics, test artifacts and much more.
- October 3 from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Although some beg to differ, test management and leadership plays an important role in agile, especially in self-directed contexts. Join Bob Galen and Mary Thorn for a half-day tutorial, Agile Test Team Leadership: From Concept to Product, where they will depict what exceptional test team leadership looks like in agile. Discover which aspects you should incorporate into your leadership styles and learn the critical leadership styles to help you build self-directed high performance test teams.
- October 6 from 9:45 am - 10:45 am: Even leaders can face limitations in their abilities to create and encourage the type of communication needed in teams and organizations for durability and success. How can you, as a leader, become more comfortable in engaging the types of conversations to strengthen your teams and deliver better results to your customers? Join Bob’s session on Crucial, Pivotal, and Radical Candor Conversations – Closing the Gap, where you will explore various conversation tactics and specific models that will improve your communication efforts across all areas of your organization.
This year, Zenergy will be holding a contest.
