Zenergy Experts Presents at "What is a Tester?" - TISQA 2016 Conference & Workshops

2014 Conference, Shaun BradshawZenergy's testing experts, David Dang and Shaun Bradshaw, will be two of the featured speakers at the Triangle Information Systems Quality Association (TISQA) Conference, "What is a Tester?" This conference and workshop event will begin 8:00 am on March 2 - 3, 2016 at the Friday Center at UNC-Chapel Hill, NC. Full day workshops take place March 2, followed by the full day conference on March 3. This event will cover the importance of software testing in today's market and explore how testing strategies have evolved over time to improve quality and add value.

Attendees will have opportunities to network with other software professionals and earn additional CPE credits toward certifications and recertification. Throughout this two day event, Zenergy will conduct/present the following workshops and conference topics:

2014 Conference, David Dang

 

  • March 2 from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm: David Dang's full day workshop, Mobile Testing: QA Strategy for Manual and Automated Testing, will review the strategies and efforts necessary to test mobile websites and apps. This workshop will cover the challenges of mobile testing, automated and manual strategies necessary to support mobile testing projects, and additional considerations useful to all leads and managers
  • March 3 from 11:45 am - 1:00 pm (Session #4): David Dang's conference session, Mobile Testing: To Automate or Not to Automate, will compare various situations where automation is ideal and beneficial to other times when automation may not add value.  This session also explores various mobile complications when testing on various devises and OS platforms
  • March 3 from 3:30 pm - 4:45 pm (Session #8): Shaun Bradshaw presents The Bounty Conundrum - Incentives for Testing. This session on test management will offer ideas and techniques to help increase testing productivity as participants also learn why bonuses are better kept as a surprise, the benefits of rewarding collaboration versus competition, and how to use both subjective and objective measurements to your advantage
