Zenergy's Chris Laney will be one of the judges for a student business idea competition called 2 Minutes to Win It. This competition will take place November 15 at the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering in Greensboro, NC. 2 Minutes to Win It is being held by the University of North Carolina at Greensboro during its Global Entrepreneurship Week. Zenergy’s Chris Laney will speak on February 16 at the next Entrepreneurial Journeys program at UNC-Greensboro. Chris will speak on the journey of owning his own company, along with his seasoned experience in the information technology industry. The Entrepreneurial Journeys are sponsored by the North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center, which is a threshold between UNC-Greensboro and the greater community, providing knowledgeable resources in entrepreneurship.
Zenergy’s Chris Laney spoke to over 50 high school students about future technology careers at UNC-G's Computing Day. Chris also spoke on the numerous opportunities within the technical field as well as generating great ideas that can be fueled by technology.
