- May 25 from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: In today’s world everyone expects to have continuous access to technology, no matter where or what they are doing. - May 25 from 9:35 am – 10:35 am: Many times coaches take an approach of guiding teams, rather than telling the team what to do. Bob’s session, Why the World Needs Prescriptive Agile Coaches, will focus on how to make leaders more agile and teach organizations how to carry out their agile efforts more effectively. Gain a better understanding of the skills and characteristics effective agile coaches portray and leave with a new mindset and approach to succeed in your coaching journey.
