A regular on the QA and testing industry speaking circuit, Shaun has delivered keynotes at the largest testing conference in the U.S. as well as internationally.
David Dang, VP of Automated Solutions for Zenergy Technologies, has been a leading figure in the test automation industry for over eighteen years. At Zenergy, David spearheads test automation by developing advanced frameworks that emphasize reusability and reduce maintenance efforts. With his foundation in software development, David can quickly grasp complex IT architectures, critical business functions, and processes as well as cultural dynamics to provide customized automation solutions that provide significant savings for Zenergy’s clients. He is in high-demand as a conference speaker and keynote presenter.
Bob Galen is an Agile Methodologist, Practitioner & Coach based in Cary, NC. In this role he helps guide companies and teams in their pragmatic adoption and organizational shift towards Scrum and other agile methodologies and practices. He is director of agile practices at Zenergy Technologies, a leading agile transformation company. He is also President and Head Coach at RGCG. Bob regularly speaks at international conferences and professional groups on topics related to software development, project management, software testing, and team leadership. He is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an active member of the Agile & Scrum Alliances. He’s published three agile focused books: The Three Pillars of Agile Quality and Testing in 2015, Scrum Product Ownership, in 2009 – 2’nd Edition in 2013, and Agile Reflections in 2012.
Chris Lawson helps ensure the quality of Zenergy’s solutions and serves as a principal automation and performance architect. Chris has over sixteen years in the QA and testing industry where he has gained extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing advanced, high-value test automation frameworks and performance testing programs. He has worked with an extensive client base in numerous quality related roles including engineering, architecture, agile leadership, and management. A thought leader in many facets of quality assurance, Chris regularly provides training and presentations on test automation, performance testing, and Scrum topics, as well as conducts training for the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI). Using advanced test automation concepts and techniques, Chris regularly implements automation solutions using both commercial and open source tools including Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and Selenium. Chris also holds Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner certifications through Scrum Alliance. At Zenergy Technologies, Chris is currently responsible for strategic management, oversight, and delivery of client engagements for QA/test process improvement, test automation architecture, development and implementation, performance testing, and agile coaching.
Chris Bartosik is a director at MetLife with over 20 years IT experience ranging from industry verticals supporting start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations. The majority of his career is insurance-based, primarily Healthcare, Life and P&C institutions. Chris has implemented and led multiple large-scale IT transformation efforts including organizational redesign, legacy re-platforming, IT process re-engineering, key strategic partnerships, and wide-ranging cost saving efforts. Chris’s change-driven leadership across all phases of the delivery lifecycle has instilled a unique perspective on the essential needs and requirements of stakeholders in every project phase and transition. In addition, he’s directed architecture, analysis, development, QA, and infrastructure organizations and he approaches all challenges with an abstract lens to harnesses technology innovation for true and lasting change.
