When you arrive on campus, please park in the Walker Avenue Parking Deck. Walker Avenue Parking Deck is located next to the Bryan School building on the west side of campus between the baseball stadium and the Elliott University Center. The deck is accessible from Walker Avenue, Stirling Street, and Theta Street. GPS address: 1361 Walker Avenue, 514 Stirling Street, or 1362 Theta Street. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference the fee may be refunded up to May 22, 2019. On May 23, 2019 or after, there will be no refunds, however, the original attendee may substitute, by arrangement with Zenergy Technologies, someone else from the same institute/organization. If substitution is not an option, the conference fee may be applied toward any other services offered by Zenergy Technologies.
All requests for refunds, transfers or requests to apply payment to future services must be sent in writing via e-mail to contact@zenergytechnologies.com
